Administration of Fixed Income

Job Description

  • Assist and support Fixed Income professionals and staff by carrying out administrative assignments as
    required.
  • Initiate and respond to written and verbal correspondence; and distribute the data according to
    established guidelines
  • Maintain all Fixed Income files
  • Work independently and make sound decisions
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Meet established deadlines
  • Understand and interpret procedures of Fixed Income, policies and guidelines
  • Organize and maintain complex record and filing systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Minimum education of Bachelor Degree from reputable University, Preferable
  • Majoring Accounting; G.P.A min 3.00 of 4.00 scale
  • Minimum experience in a similar role and having good knowledge in general capital market industry are preferred
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office application
  • Have a good communication skill, Responsive, Energetic, Self-Discipline.
  • Have Excellent Time Management.
  • Meticulous and with a keen eye for details
  • Excellent as a team worker, professional demeanor and good interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
