About KGI Sekuritas Indonesia

PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia is a business unit of the KGI Group that offers comprehensive capital markets solutions and other products and services to enforce significant growth in investment and the local market. Previously, we were PT Hasta Dana Sekuritas Indonesia ("HDSI") that was established in 2015. Our transformation occured after KGI Capital Asia Ltd., Taiwan (KGI Securities) acquired 99% of HDSI ownership. Our main office is located in Jakarta with branch offices spread all across the nation. By providing prominent and innovative products and services, also supported by a strong group and a well-built ecosystem, we has set to become a leading company in the industry.

Antony Kristanto

President Director

Starting his investment career in 1996, Mr. Antony’s 26 year experience has made him one of
the most prominent figures in investment. He obtained a Bachelor degree in accounting from
Trisakti in 1993 and a Master of Business title from Bradford School of Management UK in
2012. Antony has owned an Underwriter Representative license from Bapepam-LK since 1997.
He started his career as a Senior Auditor at Prasetio Utomo & Co., and his experience in the
capital market sector began in 1996 when he held the position of Assistant Director at PT
Danasakti Securities, and as Associate Director for PT Agung Securities from 1997 to 1999. He
continued to climb his career ladder and was appointed as Director at PT PDFCI Securities
period 1999 to 2001. Antony was then appointed as President Director at PT HD Capital Tbk
for the period 2001 to 2016 before finally assigned to be the President Director of KGI
Sekuritas Indonesia in 2017 based on the Company’s Articles of Association No. 39 dated 16 February 2017.

Robby Winindo

Director

Serving as the company’s Director since 2015. Robby received an Underwriter Representative
license from Bapepam-LK in 1998. Born in 1972, he graduated from the Indonesian Institute of
Technology with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree in 1996. He started his career in the Capital Market as Equity Sales at PT Harumdana Sekuritas from 1997 to 1998. In 1998
Robby served as Sales Manager at PT Minsuco Omega Securities until 2000. He then continued
his career by serving as Director at PT HD Capital Tbk for the period 2000 to 2015.

Low Chung Kiat

Director

Low Chung Kiat was appointed Director on October 30 2017 and joined as Chief Operating
Officer (“COO”) on May 1 2017. He has more than 15 years of management experience,
specifically in finance, treasury and direct investment. Prior to joining PT KGI Sekuritas
Indonesia, he held the position of Senior Vice President Finance at KGI Futures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (now known as KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd). Low Chung Kiat holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He also holds a Securities Brokerage Representative license issued by the OJK as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification

Ding, Shaw-Tzeng

President Commissioner

President Commissioner of the company since 2016 in accordance with the company’s Articles
of Association No.17 dated August 4, 2016. Ding is a Taiwanese citizen born in 1962. He
received his Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign in 1990. He is currently serving as the chairman of KGI Securities Investment Trust, and a senior consultant to KGI Securities. He was the President of KGI Securities from 2009 to
2016, and Regional Head of Fixed Income from 2002 to 2009. Prior to joining KGI, he worked at
Grand Cathay Securities (1992-2002), and Merchant Banking Dept. Citibank, Taipei (1990-
1992).

Wang, Chao-Lin

Commissioner

Commissioner of the company since May 2020 based on the Company’s Articles of Association
No. 28 on May 20, 2020. Taiwanese citizen, born in 1964. Wang earned his Master of Science in
Computer Science from Columbia University in 1992 and his Master of Business Administration
in Finance from Columbia Business School in 1994. Prior to serving as Head of Risk Management at KGI Securities, Taiwan, he held senior positions at Bank of Tokyo, JP Morgan
Alternative Asset Management, and Chinatrust Commercial Bank

Hery Adriawan Zainal

Independent Commissioner

Born in Malang on November 19, 1956. He serves as Independent Commissioner based on the
Company’s Articles of Association No. 67 dated September 26 2018. Hery is a graduate of
Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia and Notredame College, Belmont, United States of
America with a master’s degree in Business Administration. His experience in the financial
industry started in 1988 when he served as Vice President of Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk from 1988
to 1999, then he became Senior Vice President at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency
from 2000 to 2002, and Executive Vice President of Bank Danamon Indonesia in 2011. In
February 2012, he was also appointed as Executive Vice President of Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and then served as Deputy Director of Special Asset Management at Bank Muamalat Indonesia
from 2015 to 2018.
