2. In the data update process, you will be given a link connected to the Personal Data Change form. Fill out the form and then send it to the email provided on our site.

2. You will be provided with a link connected to the Withdrawal of Funds form. Fill out the form and then send it to the email provided on our site.
3. The deadline for requests for Withdrawal of Funds is 11.15 WIB. We will process the Fund Withdrawal Form after 11.15 WIB the following day.

1. Visit the official KGI Sekuritas website at https://www.kgi.id/.
2. Click the “Forgot Pin” or “Forgot Password” button at the bottom right login page.
3. Enter the email registered to your KGI Sekuritas account.
4. Click the “Submit” button to send a pin reset request.
5. Open the email sent by KGI Sekuritas and click the reset pin link located at inside.
6. Enter the new pin you want to use. Make sure the pin is easy to remember but difficult for others to set as a password.
7. Repeat step number 6 to confirm the new pin you created.
8. Click the “Save” button to save the new pin you have created.
9. Note: Make sure to follow the steps above carefully so that the KGI Sekuritas password and account reset process runs smoothly. If you have difficulty resetting your KGI Sekuritas password or account pin, you can contact KGI Sekuritas customer service via email, telephone, or chat available on our website.
