Provide services as a Lead Underwriter to serve our Clients who plan to list their Shares through Initial Public Offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange. KGI Sekuritas Indonesia also actively involves in underwriting syndication to assist our Clients who want to participate in purchasing IPO shares.

Financial Advisory Service

Our financial advisory services provide advisory and customized solutions to each Client in conducting corporate actions including merger & acquisition, limited public offering, restructuring, financing transaction e.g. private placement. In relation with the financial advisory services, KGI Sekuritas Indonesia also provides services as arranger in seeking source of funds both from banks or investors domestically and/or internationally. The team includes professionals who have various experiences and expertise including but not limited to laws and regulations regarding limited liability company and capital market, taxes, and shares valuations. In addition, KGI Sekuritas Indonesia also opens to collaborate with other professions such as public accountant, legal consultant, appraiser, tax consultant, etc.
