PT KGI Sekurias Indonesia (“We” or “us” or “our” or “KGIID”) respects the privacy of the people we deal with and is committed to protecting the personal data provided by the Customer (“you” or “your”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No 27 year 2022 (“PDPL No. 27”). The policy (which may be amended or updated by us from time to time) seeks to explain how we handle personal information and how we intend to deliver all the rights and protections that you are entitled under PDPL No. 27.

2. Providing a service and / or a product to you including responding to and handling requests, queries, complaints and feedback from you
3. Designing products and services or marketing our existing or future products and services to you
4. Survey for the purposes of improving our products and services
5. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations from any local or foreign authorities to fulfil our legal obligations such as those relating to anti-money laundering ad counter-terrorism financing and taxation

We may process and disclose personal data to any personnel of KGIID, affiliated companies or business partners or third-party service providers or vendors, for the purposes stated above. In doing so, we will comply with PDPL. No. 27 to ensure that we provide a standard of protection to personal data so transferred.

The security of your Personal Data is our priority. We follow strict security procedures at all times to ensure that the personal data with which we have been entrusted is protected against unauthorized access.

We will not disclose or make your personal information available to a third party (otherwise than where indicated within this privacy policy) without your consent.
