Born in Palembang on September 16, 1970 and his holding Underwriter Representative license from Bapepam-LK year 1997. Obtaining his degree in Accounting from Trisakti University in 1993 and obtaining Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bradford School of Management, United Kingdom in 2012. Commencing his career as Senior Auditor at Prasetio Utomo & Co. His experience in capital market field started from year 1996 as Assistant Director at PT Danasakti Securities, and as Associate Director at PT Agung Securities from year 1997 to 1999, then as Director at PT PDFCI Securities from year 1999 to 2001. During 2001 to 2016 he was appointed as President Director at PT HD Capital Tbk and recently appointed as President Director of the Company in 2017 based on Company’s Article of Association No. 39 dated on February 16, 2017.
Robby Winindo | Director
Director of the Company since 2015. Holds individual license from Bapepam-LK as Underwriter Representative in year 1998. Indonesian citizen, born in 1972. Graduated from Indonesia Institute Of Technology with Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering in 1996. He commenced his career in the capital markets in year 1997 until 1998 as Equity Sales at PT Harumdana Sekuritas and from year 1998 to 2000 at PT Minsuco Omega Securities as Sales Manager. In 2000 to 2015, he served as Director at PT HD Capital Tbk.
Low Chung Kiat | Director
Mr. Low Chung Kiat was appointed to the Board of Director on 30 October 2017 and having joined as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) on 1 May 2017. He has more than 15 years of management experience, mainly in the areas of finance, treasury and direct investments. Prior to joining PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia, Mr. Low Chung Kiat held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance at KGI Futures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (now known as KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd). Mr. Low Chung Kiat holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He also holds the Broker-Dealer Representative license issued by OJK as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
